Training, Compliance & Risk Management
Paulette has worked in a variety of roles focused on compliance, risk management, training, and policy development for both payors and providers. She brings a practical understanding of the intersection between legal requirements, business objectives, and day-to-day operations.
She can create and perform a risk enterprise review or a compliance assessment.
Paulette also loves to teach. She served as an Associate Professor in the Political Science Department at Fordham University and has taught fifth-grade students in the New Rochelle school system about the Bill of Rights through the Bar Association’s “Lawyer in the Classroom” program.
She has also conducted a series of “Lunch and Learn” programs for the joint M.B.A./J.D. program at the University of Florida through the Elizabeth B. & William F. Poe, Sr. Business Ethics Center.
She also provided Board training on healthcare “hot topics” to the Florida Blue Board during Board sessions.
